| Plan | Price | Users Included | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 user | Solo operators exploring Creator for the first time — limited features |
| Standard | $8/user/month (annual) | Up to 5 user licences included; additional users charged per seat | Small teams building internal tools and basic workflows |
| Professional | $20/user/month (annual) | Unlimited users within plan limits | Growing businesses building production apps with full automation |
| Enterprise | $25/user/month (annual) | Unlimited users, advanced features | Larger businesses needing portals, advanced AI and custom domains |
| Zoho One | $37/user/month (all employees, annual) | All Zoho apps including Creator Professional | Businesses already using or considering multiple Zoho apps |
One user. Three active applications. 1,000 records per application. Basic forms and list views. No Deluge scripting. No workflow automation. No mobile app publishing. The free plan is genuinely useful for exploring what Creator can do and testing a simple personal tracking tool, but it is not appropriate for business use with a team.
Up to five users. Unlimited applications. Deluge scripting (with execution limits). Basic workflow automation. Zoho CRM integration. Email notifications. No external portal access — all users must be Zoho Creator users with a paid seat. The Standard plan is appropriate for small teams building internal tools where all users are employees with Creator access.
Unlimited users. All Standard features. Extended Deluge execution limits. Advanced automation with multi-step workflows. Scheduled functions. External user portals (users who access Creator apps without a paid Creator seat). Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects and other Zoho One integrations. Mobile app publishing to iOS and Android.
The Professional plan is the minimum tier for most production business applications ABR builds. External portals (giving clients or partners access to their own data) and mobile publishing are the features that move most projects from Standard to Professional. The pricing difference is meaningful — Standard to Professional is a 2.5× price increase — but for a five-person team, the additional cost is $60/month.
All Professional features plus: custom domain for portal access (your-company.com rather than a Zoho subdomain), AI-powered features (Zia in Creator), advanced analytics dashboards, on-premises data storage options for regulated industries, priority support. The Enterprise plan is appropriate for businesses building client-facing portals under their own domain, businesses in regulated industries with data sovereignty requirements or businesses that need the extended AI capabilities.
If your business uses or plans to use three or more Zoho products — Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns — Zoho One is almost always better value than buying individual product subscriptions. Zoho One at $37/user/month (all employees) includes Creator at the Professional tier alongside 45+ other Zoho applications.
The Zoho One pricing applies to all employees in the company, not just users of specific apps. For a 15-person company where 10 people use CRM and 5 use Creator, the comparison is: Zoho CRM Professional ($23/user × 10) + Zoho Creator Professional ($20/user × 5) = $330/month. Zoho One for 15 employees: $555/month. In this case Zoho One costs more. Add Zoho Books ($15/user × 5 finance users = $75) and Zoho Campaigns ($20/month for the plan covering the team’s contact volume) and the equation changes: standalone apps = $425/month vs Zoho One = $555/month. Once you add a fourth Zoho app, Zoho One typically wins. See the Zoho One ecosystem guide for the full platform overview.
Zoho Creator subscription pricing covers the platform licence. A Creator application built by ABR involves a separate development engagement fee for the design, build, testing and documentation of the application. These are separate costs: Zoho charges a recurring subscription, ABR charges a one-time (or phased) development fee.
ABR’s development fees depend on application scope. Simple internal tools (single form, list view, basic workflow) typically start at $3,000–$5,000. Medium-complexity apps with Deluge automation, multiple modules and Zoho CRM integration typically run $6,000–$12,000. Complex apps with external portals, mobile publishing, API integrations and significant custom logic typically run $12,000–$30,000+. Every engagement starts with a free scope call and a fixed-fee estimate before any work begins. See the Zoho development guide for more on pricing context.
