Standard sessions are 90 minutes to two hours. We typically recommend one session per role group, with follow-up sessions available as needed. More complex setups may benefit from 3–4 sessions spread over two weeks.

Can we record the sessions for future reference?

Yes — all sessions are recorded by default and provided to you. We recommend designating one person as your internal Zoho champion who maintains these recordings and delivers first-line guidance to new team members.
