For ZOHO CRM

Securely Store and Access RingCentral Call Recordings With Unlimited Retention

The ABR RingCentral Call Recordings Extension for Zoho CRM seamlessly solves a major limitation of the native RingCentral integration — the strict 90-day retention policy on call recordings.

This extension automatically downloads RingCentral call recordings, stores them securely in Zoho WorkDrive, and provides internal and password-protected external access links. With this solution, businesses can retain and manage call recordings indefinitely, ensuring secure collaboration and compliance with storage requirements.

Streamline Your Call Recording Management

While you can install this extension yourself, our solution experts will install and configure everything for you free of charge—including workflows, webhooks, and proprietary triggers—ensuring perfect setup from Day 1.

This extension eliminates the manual effort previously required to manage and preserve RingCentral call recordings. Recordings are downloaded automatically, stored in Zoho WorkDrive, and linked back to the correct leads and contacts inside Zoho CRM.
