You can manage your schedule, set up calls and meetings with Zoho CRM Calendar. Zoho CRM can be synced with your Zoho calendar by using two-way sync which is a secure authentication token to communicate between the applications. You can also create events from Zoho CRM to Zoho Calendar and vice versa.
Follow the steps below to sync your calendar:
Log in to your Zoho Calendar – calendar.zoho.com
Go to settings
Under Zoho Apps
Select Zoho CRM
Select your company/organization (Make sure your admin has activated/configured you CRM and events module)
Once the sync is complete the Turn off sync button will appear
The Zoho CRM calendar will appear in your App Calendars
Zoho tasks, notes and events can be created in your calendar and can be associate with Zoho CRM. The event details will be added and can be managed through the app. To associate events in Zoho calendar follow these steps:
Log in to Zoho Calendar – calendar.zoho.com
Create a new event (you can also edit an existing event)
Create event/Edit event tab select the boxes of Zoho Apps (CRM, Task, Notes) under the Associate with Zoho apps field.
Fill in details for the event
Send event invitation
If you choose to add attendees to the event and event update or invitation will be sent to the email address, you provided.
Zoho Apps Calendar also allows you to integrate other calendars, such as Gmail, and other Zoho apps. You can manage and edit events from Zoho Recruit, Zoho tasks, and Zoho CRM.
