Once 10 people register, we will announce the start date of the next live workshop. The 10 sessions (1 hour each) will take place every weekday at 4 pm EDT on Zoom.
Every session will start with a live demonstration of the topic. Then, you'll implement the solution in your system. If you get stuck, you can ask questions live. We have two instructors ready to help you through any roadblocks.
In case you need custom scripts, a Zoho developer will be available during the sessions. (We are limiting the scripts to what our developer can create during the session.)
To make sure that every student gets sufficient attention, we're limiting the workshop to 10 students.
** The plan is to finish each session after 1 hour. In some cases, sessions might take longer, as we want to make sure that everyone is on track. **
All sessions will be recorded. So if you miss a session or want to refer back to it later, you'll have access to the recordings.

Session 2: The Sales Cycle
You'll set up your sales cycle, starting with modifying the leads, contacts, accounts, vendors, and deal modules.
Results: You have created new modules and edited your CRM layouts, lead conversion rules, layouts, and more.
Session 3: Working your CRM
You'll learn how to create records, modify them efficiently, search a module or on the entire system, create views and share them, locate and merge duplicates, create filters, arrange details on your page, quickly create records from existing records, and more.
Results: You can work efficiently in your Zoho CRM, saving you time and preventing mistakes.
Session 4: Data Entry
You'll be able to help your employees enter data using Wizards, Blueprints*, and dedicated layouts. And you can arrange sections based on layout rules.
* This session is only a demo of how a Blueprint can help you with data entry. We'll go into detail on Blueprints in session 8.
Results: You have an efficient way to receive new customers into your business and minimize the chances of mistakes.
Session 5: Hierarchy & Permissions
You'll set up a proper hierarchy of your company and permissions for your employees. This is critical to avoid losing money.
Results: You have a solid and secure CRM structure that won't allow employees to see or do what they aren't supposed to do.
Session 6: Accounting with Zoho Books
We won't use the native Zoho CRM finance module but rather add the more powerful Zoho Books integration to your Zoho CRM and show you how to use it.
Results: You have Zoho Books all set up.
Session 7: Automations
You'll learn how to create workflows to automate repetitive tasks in your business. We'll cover and set up the basic ones as well as more advanced cases.
Results: You know how to create workflows and maintain existing ones.
Session 8: Blueprints
You'll dive deeper into automation. Together, we'll build blueprints that can force your employees to perform tasks in a specific way (e.g., take an order, work on a lead).
Results: You know how to create Blueprints and maintain them.
Session 9: Appointments with Zoho Bookings
You'll learn how to work with Zoho Bookings and integrate it with your Zoho CRM. You'll also learn how to create a series of automated emails that will be sent to your meeting participants to make sure they actually show up to the appointment.
Results: Your clients can book appointments with your sales agents and get customized notifications before their meeting.
Session 10: Zoho Forms & Zoho Campaigns
You'll integrate your Zoho CRM with Zoho Forms and Zoho Campaigns, and learn how to take advantage of these functionalities.
* This session will focus on the integration and not on how to use the products. We'll provide recorded assets for you in case you need help with using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Forms.
