The Challlenge

“For instance, I use Zoho Sign for every step of obtaining my clients’ signatures. It sends reminders; walks them through the process; and then updates in Zoho CRM when a document is completed. This flows into Zoho Books so I’m able to match invoices and keep track of my real estate sales.

“It all happens automatically, saving me time and effort. And my clients find the signing process straightforward and easy to use.”

What’s worked best is how Zoho CRM has helped her marketing efforts and improved her lead conversion rates. Stephanie uses multiple sources to generate leads and Zoho assists in all the stages of conversions of those leads.

“Leads from my ads get taken to a Click Funnel landing page. From there, all the contact information gets pushed to populate the Zoho CRM,” says Stephanie.

“What’s really great about Zoho CRM is that it will tell me the lead source and the lead type. I get all the information I need to contact the prospect and start them in the sales pipeline.”

Zoho CRM manages the incoming requests by capturing inquiries, scheduling tasks and keeping tabs on all the activity along the sales pipeline.

“With Zoho CRM I know where I am in every stage of the sales process. From initial contact to submitting an offer, I can easily tell where I am and what will happe next,”says Stephanie.

She credits Zoho CRM with helping her track her progress in the sales process and thereby increasing her lead conversion rate and her bottom line.
