Acquisto Real Estate is a boutique-style brokerage serving the Dallas area for over 20 years. After struggling for years with time-consuming manual processes, three years ago they started using Zoho One to automate and manage their business. Broker-owners Mike and Shana Acquisto have struggled for a long time because they were bogged down with too many paper-based processes.

The Challlenge

“Before Zoho we had multiple problems,” says Mike. Just bringing on one new agent would almost cripple us because of the amount of time it took us to teach them our systems and processes.

“We definitely thought twice about bringing on someone new. It took so much effort to get them on board. Consequently, we weren’t growing.”

“And we weren’t able to tend to the important things,” adds Shana. “Leads were slipping through the cracks, we couldn’t track our follow-ups. We were losing business, just trying to keep up with the day-to-day stuff.”

“Zoho One changed all of that,” says Mike.

Vault makes it easy to store and share passwords. We use mail the most for automated onboarding, sales and follow-up emails. And every app we use has been customized for efficiency and productivity.”

“What all this adds up to is a huge savings of time which we then put into bringing in more deals and hiring more agents,” says Shana. “Our agents love working with us because our processes are simple to use and they feel empowered and free to work hard and close more deals.
