Our Urgent Support Assistance prioritizes critical issues like system outages, providing a rapid diagnosis and direct communication of the issue to clients. Clients may then choose to have us resolve the issue for a fee or use another provider.

Coverage:
- Zoho systems (e.g., CRM, Books) not loading
- Mission-critical functions (e.g., email/SMS) within Zoho malfunctioning
- API failures affecting Zoho integrations
Note: Resolution is subject to system access. Diagnosis may be refused if access is restricted.

1.2 API-Related Issues
Issues with external APIs may require further investigation beyond urgent support scope. We’ll provide an estimate and require approval before proceeding.

Whenever Zoho detects a potential issue, we, as your Zoho Partner, are immediately notified. Our team promptly reviews the problem, communicates the details to you, and ensures that the necessary steps are taken to resolve it. We collaborate closely with you to minimize disruptions and keep your system running smoothly. With this service, you can have peace of mind knowing that your account is continuously monitored and maintained by professionals.

Join our Group Daily Live Support sessions every day at 1 PM Eastern Time. Our team will be online for one hour, ready to assist with any questions or issues regarding your Zoho system. We’ll work to provide answers and solutions during the session, which is limited to this one-hour time frame. Additional support outside of these sessions is available as a paid service.

Our live support sessions offer a convenient way for clients to ask questions and resolve issues in real-time. To ensure fair access, each client may ask one question per turn. If time allows, we’ll address additional questions.
