I am sharing with you the workout playlist that I use daily. From time to time I refresh the list in order to introduce variety and excitement. There are different workout options everyday (Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Workout and Action Workout). One of these specifically target being plus-sized, and the rest can be enjoyed by everyone else. If you are plus-sized, and your goal is to be able to move to a more normal size, these drills are for you. Concentrate on where you want to be and not where you are today.
