Business Course For Business Owners

Course Curriculum – Business Course For Business Owners

What to Expect?

This is not another theory course! Lior Izik does not come from the academic world; instead his experiences were gathered from the ground up using hard work, and over $200,000 invested in successful soft skills courses.

The Entrepreneurial Evolution course is a unique and practical business course. After every lesson, the students we teach will have learned more about doing business, how to create a successful company, how to beat their competition, how to be creative, how to be a better student or employee, and how to enjoy life and be fulfilled.

Who is Lior Izik?

I am a father, husband, hacker, businessman, business coach and martial artist.

I’m all these things, but I see myself mainly as an observer. My entire philosophy is based on observation and interpretation; my lessons are gathered either from my own experiences or inherited from smart people. My teaching and business experience is based on life itself. I offer real life lessons earned through sweat, blood and tears.

Over the course of my career, I have created more than 20 profitable businesses spread across different fields. These ventures generated a few million in their first year, and continued to grow well.

I’m constantly breaking things down and reverse-engineering ideas. After every business interaction, I analyze and adjust my approach as an objective observer. This honest, self-reflective method helped me develop a philosophy that produced measurable improvement in all areas of my life, but especially my business and family. It’s how my book “The Entrepreneurial Evolution” and my business consulting career came to be.

My Experience

I have been in business since I was 10 years old, buying bagels on the street and selling them to bankers two doors down for double the price. Since then, I have come a long way and experienced a lot of what the business world has to offer. I’ve worked as a lifeguard, gardener, dishwasher, garbage collector, masseuse, acupuncturist, marketer, web developer, IT security expert – and the list goes on. I have taken courses and read books in many fields not related to business, and tried to master every field I encountered. I took this approach from the Samurais that used to learn farming, singing, painting and more in order to become better people, and with that, better fighters. Today, there are studies that show that the brain is dynamic – positive change in one field positively affects other unrelated fields as well – and this has guided the way I do business, and live.

My experiences have not all been good; I am no stranger to spectacular failure. I have created many small businesses during my life, some of which hemorrhaged money and closed after only a few months.

Though they hurt and embarrassed me at the time, my losses helped me more than my wins ever would. Some of the most important lessons I have ever learned came out of catastrophe. Without my failures, I would never have developed the philosophy that made me the man I am today, turning a street-side bagel broker into a successful entrepreneur.

I learned from my mistakes, and fought for a winning record in the business world. Much of this occurred on the internet; my web design, development, marketing, and IT security companies did great despite being part of a very competitive market. Some of my ventures were sold to bigger companies, and others are still making me money today.

People began to take note of the success of my process and philosophy, and would come to me with their business problems. I took on a consultative role and put my philosophy to test in different industries. To my delight, it passed; real estate businesses, home services companies, call centers and more, all benefitted from the lessons I learned. This changed the way I functioned in the business world; rather than creating my own companies from scratch, I began to merge into these businesses as a partner once I had helped their owners. Today, I spend most of my time coaching and consulting small business owners. I am associated with a number of successful businesses, and I am happy to have been given the opportunity to help them grow.

My Motivation

During my career I have helped many people, and I want to continue to do so, though my motivations may be seen as selfish. I have helped people with their personal and professional lives, and it always felt good to help. The Kabbalah teaches that people are born into this world as consumers; babies require feeding, nurturing, and attention, without being able or want to give anything back – they are purely takers. As we mature, we should evolve, but I know many successful adults who still have nothing to give. I cannot judge them, as I am constantly chasing this evolution myself; but I believe that sharing my philosophy is a step in the right direction. I want to be a man who gives unconditionally in order to help others, though I still find myself benefiting from the help I offer.

When my philosophy helps somebody succeed in their personal or professional life, I get a buzz. Some people need drugs to get high; I only need to help others. I feel that I am contributing to society, and bringing some light to a dark world. If my philosophy helps a business secure a few more deals, or a family experience less stress, then I feel good. The Entrepreneurial Evolution is a platform to help many people at the same time. If it felt good to help one business owner or a kid, imagine how it would feel to help hundreds! It’s a selfish motivation, but one that greatly helps others in the end.

Course Curriculum

The course is built from “The Mental Game” and “Business” lessons. If you examine the most **successful business owners around the world, you will see a pattern. Those people are active and play sports, have quality family life, are socially involved and contribute to society by giving back in many forms. They are doing what they love, and do it because they want to, not because they need to. In order to reach this level you need to master both your mental game and your business skills. 70% of success is the mental game, and 30% are tools you gain from experience in business.

**successful refers to a person who is fulfilled, passionate about what they do, and are more than financially secure.

The mental game – The rules of the game; it’s very hard to play a game when you don’t know the rules. If you want to sell a $100,000 project or a $2 bagel you need to have strong interpersonal skills so the buyer will trust you and understand what you want. If you lead a team or work with vendors, they will perform better if you know how to approach them and what to say. In this section of the lesson, we will discuss the rules of the game called life, and how to play the game in a fair way that will benefit us all. Here, we’ll learn how to live with passion and wake up in the morning pumped up for a new day. It’s all about living a life of happiness and fulfillment.

Business – Is the part of the actual business lesson wherein I will raise a business topic and we are all going to talk about it. The first few lessons will be the basics, and from there we the course will evolve very fast to deeper and interesting business cases related to management, sales, marketing, accounting and more.

The task’s goal is to let the individual implement the course lessons. Not everyone will be able to create a business. The desired result is that students will try to do it, and try different techniques in doing so.

Lesson 1 – Business & Mental basic concepts

How the brain works
What are fears, how they come and how we can control them
How can we prevent our brain from overwhelm us with thoughts?
You are stronger than you think
What is our life quality and how do we deal with our day-to day-tasks when we are in our peak or low states?
What are the main business functions?
What is marketing?
What is sales?
What is customer Service?
What is accounting?
What is business innovation and why do we need it?

When I joined the army, my platoon commander told me that he can control his mind and thoughts. That he is the boss, and he dictates and decides what’s next for him, and when to give up. From one side it looked like a nice story that I could not believe, but on the other hand, he was able to do things that no one else could even come close to. He was able to run, shoot, and fast like no one else could. He was able to go on for days without sleep. He was an alien. But still, I was not able to grasp this ability. How can I control my mind? How can I tell myself that I am not sad when I actually was? It never worked for me.

It took me 10 years to learn and understand how things work. When I did, I understood where fears come from, and I learned how to control my mind to the point that my thoughts are under my control, and not the other way around.

I learned ways to disable the million irrelevant thoughts I have every day to the point that I can focus only on what really matters.

In order to be good at business or anything else, you need to have better tools than your competition. Better tools than your teammate, than your competitor, or a student vying for the last spot in a desired class.

Lesson #1 will give you the edge and a practical understanding on how to do it.

Another aspect is to understand why we fail to achieve what we are after, and why one day a specific idea looks amazing and the other day it looks very bad. After all it’s exactly the same idea, and nothing really changed. Why does the same idea now look so bad? Once you understand what led to this change, you will be able to monitor and control it.

Once you will be able to start the process of controlling your thoughts, you will get a superior feeling that you actually in control of your life and there is nothing you can’t achieve.

As a kid I had learning disabilities. I had few of them and reading one page was an impossible task for me. In the course of my childhood, and until the army, I heard people talk multiple times about what I can not do and what my future will not look like. Once I took control of my life, I was able to read and even write few books, and develop training programs. Don’t ever believe the doubts of people around you – these will only limit you. Believe only the ideas and encouragement that will promote your life!

On the business side, we will learn the basics of a business: what is a business, what are the main components of a business, what is the relationship between each of these, and more.

After working with many business owners I realized how critical this lesson is as many owners don’t understand what their business is built on, and the relationship between each of these components. Many think that marketing and sales are the same. Maybe think that bookkeeping is only to file taxes. Lesson #1 will align the different business components in place, and will prepare us for the next lessons.

Assets: don’t believe what’s not empowering you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaRO5-V1uK0&t=2s

Lesson 2 – Business & Mental basic concepts (cont)

You are stronger than you think!
How to control anxiety, depression, sadness and other negative feelings!
What is the “Circle of Life” and how to balance it (you won’t succeed when one part of your life is broken)
What is the best product for a profitable business?!
What is the purpose of a business?!
What is a business plan and why we need one!
Why 94% of the businesses close in less than 10 years.

I have found that too many people, including strong business owners, give up very fast and claim “it’s too hard, I can’t do it”, or avoid some tasks that are supposed to change their lives just because it’s not in their expertise or comfort zone.

As an example, I will meet with a business owner and he will complain that he had no sales this month or very few sales. We create an action plan for getting more sales, and the business owner will need to do few tasks. The business owner agrees and understands the impact of those tasks on his life and business. The week after, we meet again and the business owner will give every excuse possible on why he didn’t do those tasks. Only few are actually taking action and enjoying huge returns on time they invested. This is exactly why only 6% of businesses survive and the rest don’t. In this lesson we will discuss the reasons why people give up on things, and how to avoid doing the same.

The circle of life is a big topic but we will touch it in few words. In general we can’t perform in a good way once one part of our lives is in trouble. For example, I coached a business owner that was in deep trouble in his business. After few meetings he opened up and told me about the problems with his wife. After a short talk and an action plan on how to solve his family problems, things at home became good and business problems were resolved by themselves. No one can be distracted from problems in one area of their life and not affect him in other areas. We will create the wheel of life and you will need to work on it and repair all your areas in life which will boost everything you do to a different level. Imagine that before you step home, you will concentrate on your goal at home. For example, before I step into my door at home, I will remind myself of my tasks at home. My task is to be the best husband and best father. Just by understanding that this is my goal, I automatically become attuned to good things, and the person I wish to be.

In the business side, we will discuss about what makes a business good. Is it good products, good service, good accounting, amazing sales, and maybe marketing? The answer is not easy, so be ready to think!

We will also discuss the purpose of a business. We will use an imaginary business and define it in a interesting fashion that will encourage people to give it a try.

We will also discuss the business bottom line theory, and why businesses close their doors.

Lesson 3 – Business & Mental basic concepts (cont)

What are the most basic human needs that control business and everything we do in life?
The ability to convince anyone to do anything
How do you present yourself? Are you a renovation contractor, or are you a professional designer that transforms people’s house into their dream home?
What is a lead, prospect and client

It doesn’t matter what you need from another person. It doesn’t matter if you try to sell them something, ask for help, go to a movie together, play games, build a spaceship or even work for you for free. As long as you can answer their basic, needs you are golden, and the chances that they will say yes are very high. In lesson 3, we will learn what about the most basic human needs, and how to address them correctly. This skill will help you communicate better with everyone around you, and provide you great success when dealing with people in or outside your family.

In the business section we will learn how to present ourselves and what we really do. Many business owners present their business in a boring way, prompting others to not want to deal with them. In lesson 3, we will learn how to present ourselves in a passionate way that people around us will like to do business with, us or accept us in a special social circle.

In the last section of the class, we will discuss the basics of marketing and its human components – a lead, prospect and a client. This lesson will start the marketing topic that will follow.

Lesson 4 – Marketing

Why do people decide to buy? Why do people do things? Why does one website sell more than the other? Why is a store more successful than the one beside it? Is it luck or did someone understand how we are designed and took advantage of it? What channels can we use to advertise our business?
The #1 problem with businesses is that they don’t know how to accurately measure the amount of money spent on advertisement and how much business was sold using it.
What is the real cost of every transaction? (not leads)

In lesson 4 we will learn why people take action. We will learn why one salesperson is able to sell anything despite knowing just a little bit about the product, while another who mastered everything made almost no sale. We will learn why it happens, and what is the right way to convince without convincing – in other words, sales without selling.

We will also touch on why one store is selling high volumes, and the one beside it has no sales. We will learn the basic concepts and understand how to avoid common mistakes.

In the business section, we will continue with marketing. Marketing is one of my favorite topics as almost no one do it correctly. Most people rely on 3rd party companies to do their marketing which is totally wrong. For example almost every website has sliding banners (rotating banners). If you will ask a quality marketing company that uses testing, they will tell you that it’s one of the worst things for business and it kills conversions. If that is the case do why marketing and web design companies continue to use something that is not working? The problem lies with the ego and laziness of marketers not performing quality and ongoing A/B tests. This is just one example, but in reality when I get new clients and run an audit on their campaigns, I am shocked again and again. In this lesson we will discuss common mistakes and how to proceed with marketing in a good way.

We will also touch on another problem that destroys businesses and affects conversion. We will learn what is conversion analysis and how to use it to bypass our competition, which is actually not that hard. We will learn how to accurately measure the results of different types of advertising (online, radio, tv, bus ads, etc). Measurement relies on how much money we spent on each advertising asset, and how much money we earned using it. Without this analysis, any business will not survive as they spend the company’s money without knowing if it contributes to the business’ income or not. In most cases businesses lose money on advertising, which means it’s better for them not to advertise at all.

**Most companies that I worked with do zero analysis and had no clue if advertising is worth their efforts. They rely on their marketing company or consultant to tell them if it’s profitable based on shady reports that look amazing, but are backed by little to no research and experience.

In some cases, companies conduct analysis, but it’s not accurate. The analysis is how much money we spent and how many leads we got. This is a good analysis but not one that you go to the bank with. You need to know how much money you spent and how much money you earned from each of the advertisements you run.

Lesson 5 – Marketing (cont)

How can we influence someone else to take action with different words and colors?
How to create converting landing pages
How marketing became a psychological field
Landing pages and why we need them
When to use a website and when to use a landing page
Are there best practices that we can take advantage of?

After this lesson, you will understand how advertisements created, and why a marketer decided to show a crying baby or a happy couple running on the beach. You will understand why most advertisements have some emotional component and why they do it.

When I ask people to give me a name of a beverage company, their answer 90% of the time is Coca Cola. If I ask the name of a search engine it will be “Google” or if I ask a name of a type of phone, it will be “iPhone”. How were these companies able to influence our choices? In this lesson, you will learn how the marketing and sales world is developing, to the point that companies hiring ex CIA interrogators that master how people think and how to manipulate them to do anything, much like puppets. The psychological aspect is huge and more and more companies targeting our human needs and the way we think.

In the business section, will deal with landing pages. We will learn what landing pages are and why we need them as part of our marketing. We will analyze landing pages of different companies and learn from their mistakes.

The last section of the lesson will be dedicated to website analysis. We will answer common questions, such ,as what is a good website and how do we get or build one? What does a good website have? etc.

Lesson 6 – Raving Fans

How can you exceed expectations? 80% of the consumers will watch for reviews. How do you get these?
How to convert a client to a raving fan
The scam days are over. Only quality companies will survive in the new economy
The 3 ways businesses can raise their revenue

In the old economy companies had a chance to give bad service and get away from it. There was no way to share a bad experience unless you actually talk to someone you know and express your frustration.

In the last 5 years social media and websites reviews have taken over, and 80% of consumers will buy a product or service based on the reviews they see. What does this mean for a business owner in 2017?

I see in businesses that I own an alarming trend: customers understand the power of reviews and they will call and ask to get the product for free or else they will submit bad review about our company on Yelp, Google Plus, etc. It happened only few times in the last 5 years, but still it’s scary that consumers can put a gun to the business’ head and would have to say yes, or refuse and live with the results. I decided to say no again and again, and got few bad reviews. Fortunately, I had over 200 positive reviews that the bad reviews quickly got lost in a sea of good ones, giving me a 9 out of 10 rating.

In my marketing companies I see a common request, and it’s to generate fake reviews for clients. Clients are willing to pay top dollars for them to have good reviews. Of course I will never do such a thing, but instead I sell them a review training package wherein I teach the company how to improve customer service that allows them to ask happy clients for good reviews. The bottom line is that I am able to collect the money that they wanted to spend, and I actually change the way they think or else they will disappear from the market together with all the companies that provide bad service.

Another topic we will discuss is the 3 ways a business can get more revenue. This is a very easy way to double a small business’ revenue in few weeks.

Raving fans is a very important topic that we will touch in this lesson. The idea is to convert all the business’ clients to raving fans, and in return the business will enjoy more referrals, more transactions per client and more profit per transaction.

Lesson 7 – The Evolution Of Sales

Body language and eye contact: why these are worth learning
The evolution of the consumer
The evolution of sales… “I will sell you this car only because I like you ;-)”
What the end consumer is looking to get from you

Lesson 7 is very interesting as it will open your mind to how you express yourself. Some say that 93% of our communication is using body language. I personally qualify my business interactions using body language and my engagement with the person I speak with. I haven’t completely mastered body language myself, but I learned over the years some key points which I will share with you in this lesson.

Over the years, humanity evolved in many ways – the food we eat, the products we consume, and the way we dress or talk. We also evolved in the way we buy products or services.

As an example, 10 years ago a pushy sales person was still able to close a deal, but these days people are more sensitive to aggressive sellers and will reject them.

10 years ago I would go to a cars salesman and ask him what car can he recommend me. That was the old days. These days I know exactly what I am looking for. I would say I tell the salesman that I like the C450 because I like its AMG package and its 20 inch wheels. I know this because I did my research on the Internet. I saw endless reviews and the best minds in the automotive industry analysing the car from every angle.

In our appliance repair business we get phone calls from people that know they have a problem with their appliance, and even what part is broken. Our job is to provide the right price and right info to complete the sale.

In this lesson we will learn what people are looking for when they contact a salesperson, and how to convert them to a sale. We will learn where we are now in the evolution phase, and even predict how the next 20 years will look like for the end consumer.

Lesson 8 – I love numbers!

Why we trust others with our most important tasks when we know deep inside that it’s wrong Accounting and bookkeeping
How come small business owners know nothing about finance but still give bookkeepers and accountant full control to their money with no ability to monitor them?
What is the number one expense of every person in life? Taxes!
What is the power of a quality accounting system?

Actually I don’t like numbers at all, but I must love them as they are the difference between a failing business or a successful business.

Almost every client that I coached in the last 20 years entrusted their money with a bookkeeper or an accountant that he don’t know and hope for the best. Even when problems starting to float they see it as part of every business life cycle and never stop and ask the right questions.

When I was 14 years old, I took a full accounting course as I understood that my entire career will be dependent on numbers and reports. How can I monitor my bookkeeper or accountant if I don’t know anything in this field? How will my bookkeeper or accountant respect me if they know I have no clue on what they do?

In my coaching career, I saw multiple business owners that had great reports but when I looked at the cash flow, they were broke. Actually they were in bankruptcy for years, but they didn’t know about it yet. What’s said is that their accountants didn’t know about it too.

In this lesson we will learn what to demand from our bookkeeper and accountant, and why their job is NOT only to send taxes to the government. Numbers can tell great stories! Their job is to show you all the time where you are financially and what you need to do next to make more money.

Lesson 9 – Investments

Great profits when paper trading vs losing real money?
How to control our minds when greed and fear are involved
Trading vs Investing
Investment vehicles (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, cash, second mortgage)
What are mutual funds and why it is the biggest scam of all time
The scam of diversification and how to do it properly

We all agree that making money is important. What is the next step after you made money?

Investments are for sure difficult part for people in general. People rely on “professionals” that give them advice on where to deposit the money and what profits they’re supposed to earn in return. There are many problems with this approach.

After losing a ridiculous amount of money in the year 2000 I have decided to learn about investments, and of course it started learning from the big boys – the really successful investors of the world, individuals that make billions such as Carl Icahn or Warren Buffett. I learned about what they do and don’t do. The funny and not surprising thing is that everything I did, they didn’t do. At this point I have fired my financial advisor and started to invest myself.

In this lesson we will learn about different investment assets. We will learn why any (yes any) person that invests or you yourself are not reliable. We will learn how banks and financial advisors try to push you to mutual funds which are the most dangerous investment assets of them all and why it happens. In the last few years the public started to understand the scam behind the mutual funds so the banks and financial advisors gave it new names such as segregated funds, etc.

We will learn about the power of compounding returns and how few dollars a month can become over a million.

Another point that we will discuss is diversification. Every financial advisor will advise you to diversify your investments. So you need to have some stocks in real estate and some in tech and maybe some in the health sector, right? The scam is that when the market goes down (every 5 years or so), everything else follows. How can diversification save you when it’s all going down? Some by 80% and some by 40%, but they all go down. In this section we will discuss what is real diversification and how to secure our money while controlling it, and not entrusting it with people who earn commissions on our investment when it wins or loses.

Lesson 10 – Results Driven Thinking

Why do people start new projects and not finish them at all, or finish them with low energy?
What is a results driven approach and how it can change your life
Time management
Build your week in advance by using the results driven approach

The number one question I get is how can you run multiple companies, write books, coach business owners, create training programs, volunteer, be a father and a husband and more? There are not enough hours a day to make it all happen. In the past I was not able to do all that, but after years of revising the way I manage my time, it’s now all doable and I even end each day with a smile.

Lesson 10 will change the way we think and plan for things. In the lesson we will discuss the different ways you can schedule your day and how can you get the best results out of it.

We will discuss time management, and how can we take on more quality tasks without being stressed.

Lesson 11 – Too Good To Be True

Too good to be true?
Think before you take action
Think before you talk
Think before you think
Think before you think
How business owners lose their businesses in too-good-to-be-true deals
What is the difference between a dangerous deal and a good deal?
What is social engineering and how smart people will use it against you
What is identity theft and how to avoid it?

Lesson 11 will address a flaw in the way we think.

How come people work so hard to generate money and lose it all in bad, too-good-to-be-true deals?

How come a person will buy a $100,000 house when the market price is $400,000? What are the chances that the seller didn’t know the market price and made a $300,000 mistake?

In my IT security career I used this way of thinking many times in order to gain access to my client’s computer systems which would make me fulfill my contract and get paid for my security assessment. In this lesson I will teach you how to avoid those mistakes.

We will discuss what is social engineering and how smart people will use our goodwill and honesty to take control of our lives.

Imagine that you earned great wealth and you have money to do whatever you planned. One day you get a call from your bank and they tell you that you need to cover your overdraft as its $100,000 in debt. You go to the bank and see that you account is empty. After the police investigation you understand that someone used your identification to empty your bank account. This is not a bad dream. This is reality.

We will go over what is identity theft, how bad people can take everything we worked for including our house, car, credit card, and bank account, and how to prevent it from happening. We will learn what is your SIN, who can ask for it and why you need to keep it safe together with you birth date (yes, remove it from Facebook).

Lesson 12 – The Power Of Affiliation

“Your time = how much money you make” is the worst formula ever
Employee vs self employed – what is more secure?
Is being self employed is for everyone? Before you answer remember that 94% of businesses not surviving the first 10 years.
The power of affiliation and its dangers
How can you double your business using referral programs?

If my time is equal to how much money I earn, it means that I need to work as much as possible. When I reach the point that I need more money, I have 2 options. Take more more money from each client or work more hours. I need to take this time from my family, my sports, my hobbies, right? But how does this affect my quality of life?

We will discuss what it takes to be self employed and how we can see if we are fit to own a business.

In the business section, we will learn how to double our business’ revenue with a simple affiliation formula. I saw business owners that took action by creating the affiliation program and were able to double their revenue in no time.

Lesson 13

Why we afraid to make a move?
Why our ego is always in the way and we can’t ignore it. We need to feed it [wisely]
Why perfectionism is the lowest standard of all?
The power of statistics
Why the business owner must understand every process in his business up to the smallest details
Why a training guide is critical for every business even if you work by yourself

At least once a week I talk to someone and he will tell me that he is going to make a change in his life. When I ask if he has a date to do it the answer is “one day when…”. How can it be that people will see the right path but still will not walk in it? Is it another flaw in the human structure, or is it something that can be easily fixed?

What is our ego and how does it relate to our human needs? Do we need to kill our ego? Do we need to feed it? What’s the right formula to keep our ego in control, and why is control critical in order to enjoy our day to day activities?

Statistics is a great topic that I personally love! In every business that I’ve had the privilege to be part of, I saw that statistics is part of the every business’ life cycle. Every product has its own numbers, and every sales person will have his quota to fulfill. In this lesson we will learn how to run a business based on statistics and how to guesstimate sales and expenses.

The last topic we will discuss will be training guides. At least 50% of the businesses I helped had no training guides. From the businesses that do have training guides, most of them worth nothing as they were old, had mistakes or not written for humans. In this lesson we will discuss why a training guide is critical and how it can scale your business without much effort.

Lesson 14 – 20

There is a good chance that some lessons will require more time and the curriculum will change. If we will need more time to cover these, we will use these last sessions.
Bonus materials included in the final lessons: Create a business based on what we discussed so far, or adjust your existing business. No groups allowed, only individuals. The task’s goal is to let the individual implement the course lessons.

I am a dynamic person and my teaching is also dynamic. While I am in class, my job is to fulfill my students’ needs. It’s rare that my original program will be kept. In some lessons the class will like to dive more into marketing, and we will even learn how to manage campaigns in Adwords. In some cases the class will like to listen to interesting business problems and how i was able to solve them. Lessons 14 to 20 are intended for covering the lessons that we missed and give me more time with the students to enrich their understanding of business.

In lesson 14 I will assign the class a task to create a hypothetical business. The result will be a business plan that includes what was learned in the class. This task is optional and not a requirement.
