Business Coaching

Technically speaking, anyone can say that they’re a business coach. Even someone who has zero understanding of the business world can say they are a business coach. This is NOT how I think. You wouldn’t hire a hockey coach who has never played the game, and this goes the same for the business world. I believe that in order to best play the business game, you need a coach that played it as well.

In order for me to understand your problem areas,  I need to be able to understand what your company is doing, what you want to achieve, and what you’re not doing that may be hindering your ability to achieve those goals. As a businessman myself, that built up multiple businesses in my life, I can promise you that whatever your issue is, I was there at some point and found the solutions to get passed those issues. On top of my thorough understand of the business world, I also bring to the table the conventional coaching education that I learned in the school of Tonny Robbins.

In one of Tonny Robbins’s conferences, I was asked what is the thing that I love to do most in the world, that will make me wake up in the morning, excited, full of energy, and ready to take on the day. For a long time, I had no answer for this question. I thought hard about this question for months until I finally realized the answer, which is my passion for the business world and helping others. Making others succeed makes me feel great! Some people need drugs to get high – I only need to help and see the progress my clients make.

The way I work with my clients is very easy. I am dynamic and can accommodate most of my clients’ needs. I have years of experience solving problems with different business techniques, technology issues, life issues, various day-to-day problems, and of course the #1 question, “What is next for me?”

In my coaching services, I offer my experience in both life and business to answer my clients’ business issues and help them work around them to meet their goals.

My fees are average to the Canadian market and I charge per session. As some issues take longer to solve, I don’t watch the clock during sessions; some sessions may take an hour, some might take more than an hour, and some might take less. After every session, I will ask you if what we did that day worth the money you spent working with me. If the answer is no, you will not pay and I will try better in our next meeting. I have not gotten a negative answer, as I prepare for every meeting and take my position very seriously.

Sports and activities are a big part of my coaching. I am a very energetic person and can’t work with people that have no energy or passion. All of my clients commit to a minimum of 10 minutes a session of some type of physical activity. It is my belief that in order to be able to progress in life, we must have oxygen in our blood. In my experience, quality food and physical activity are key to not only a happy life, but a successful business, and I will help you reach this point quickly.
